When Did This Happen?
This movement started a long time ago, in the early 1900s. People talked and talked about this idea for many years. It took many more years of hard work and talking before the new country, Pakistan, was finally created in 1947!
Who Were the Big Helpers?
There were many important people who helped this idea grow. One very famous leader was Muhammad Ali Jinnah. He was like the captain of the team, guiding everyone. There were also clever writers and poets who used their words to share the message. Some people even started special schools to help Muslims learn new things and feel proud of their culture.
