Muslims are people who believe in Islam. Islam is a religion that teaches about one God, called Allah. Muslims believe that Allah sent messages to people, and the last and most important message was given to a man named Muhammad.

They believe the Quran is the exact word of Allah. Think of it like a super important book filled with Allah's instructions and stories. Muslims are found all over the world, from big cities to small towns, and they come from many different countries and cultures!

Islam started a long, long time ago in a place called the Middle East. The person who received the messages from Allah was Muhammad. He lived in a city called Mecca, which is in Saudi Arabia today.

People who followed Muhammad started to share his teachings, and over many years, Islam spread to different parts of the world. It's like a story that traveled and grew, reaching people on different continents, just like how a popular game can spread to kids everywhere!

Muslims believe in one God, Allah, and that Muhammad was his final prophet. They also believe in other prophets, like Moses and Jesus, and that the holy books they received, like the Torah and the Gospel, are also from God. Muslims try to live their lives according to the teachings in the Quran and the example of Muhammad.

They often pray five times a day, give to those in need, and try to be kind and fair to everyone. It's all about living a good life and being thankful.

The most Muslims live in Asia, but there are also many in Africa. Even in countries where most people aren't Muslim, there are still millions of Muslims living there. Indonesia is the country with the most Muslims.
