Where the Coolest Countries Live!

Way up north, where it can get super cold and sometimes snowy, are the Nordic countries! Think of them like a friendly neighborhood on the very top of the world map. They are surrounded by big, blue oceans and even touch the icy Arctic.

Countries like Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden are part of this cool club. They also have special islands and areas like Greenland and the Faroe Islands that are part of their family.

Once Upon a Time in the North...

A long, long time ago, brave explorers and sailors called Vikings lived in these lands. They sailed the seas in amazing ships! Over many years, these countries became friends and sometimes even lived together under one ruler.

They learned to share and work together, even though they are all different countries now. They have a special agreement to help each other out, like a big team working together for the best.

Super Smart and Super Kind People!

People in the Nordic countries are known for being very smart and kind. They love learning and have some of the best schools in the world! They also care a lot about making sure everyone is treated fairly and has what they need.

They invented things like the zipper and even the idea for a Nobel Prize! They also have beautiful nature, like tall mountains, deep forests, and sometimes even the dancing Northern Lights.

What Do They Do All Day?

People in the Nordic countries have lots of different jobs. Some work with nature, like fishing or farming. Others build amazing things, like fast trains or cool technology.

They are very good at making things and selling them to other countries. They also have a special way of sharing their money so that everyone has a chance to do well and be happy. It’s like a big family sharing their toys and snacks!
