India's Amazing Story!

Long, long ago, even before your grandparents were born, people in India built amazing cities! The Indus Valley Civilization had houses with bathrooms and streets that were super straight, like a ruler! They even had toys and beautiful jewelry. It's like a giant playground from thousands of years ago!

Then came big empires, like giant LEGO towers built one on top of another! The Mauryan Empire was huge, and its ruler, Ashoka, became a peaceful leader who spread good ideas. Later, the Gupta Empire was a 'Golden Age' where people invented things like the number zero and cool math ideas that we still use today!

After that, different groups ruled parts of India. There were brave warriors and clever rulers. India was a place where new ideas popped up like popcorn! They invented games like chess, and their art and buildings were super fancy. It was a busy, exciting place with lots of different people and cultures.
