Congress of Angostura

Once upon a time, a brave leader named Simón Bolívar wanted to make a new country free from Spain. He called together smart people from Venezuela and a place called New Granada (which is now Colombia). They met in a town called Angostura. This big meeting was called the Congress of Angostura.
