The Bronx

There's also the New York Botanical Garden, which has trees that are older than your grandparents, and even older than that! These green spots are like the lungs of the city, giving everyone a place to breathe and play.

A long, long time ago, a man named Jonas Bronck came and built the first houses here. Then, many people from different countries came to live in the Bronx. They brought their own music, food, and traditions, making the Bronx a colorful and exciting place. It's like a giant potluck where everyone shares something special!

The Bronx is famous for many things, including Yankee Stadium, where amazing baseball games happen!
