Key Facts
God's Special Helpers!
In Islam, prophets are like special messengers from God. They are super important because they teach people how to live good lives and worship only one God. Think of them as the best role models ever! Muslims believe that God sent many prophets throughout history to different groups of people. It's like God sending a special letter to everyone, but through amazing people!
From the Very First Person!
The very first prophet was Adam, who was also the first human ever created by God. After Adam, many other prophets came. Some of them you might know from other stories, like Moses, who got the Torah, and Jesus, who got the Gospel. They all taught similar things about being good and kind. It’s like they were all part of one big team, passing down God's message.
The Last Great Messenger!
The very last prophet in Islam is named Muhammad. Muslims believe he received the most important message from God, called the Quran. The Quran is like a super-special book that Muslims believe is God's exact words, and it will never change! Muhammad is called the 'Seal of the Prophets' because he was the last one, closing the line of prophets.
What Did They All Teach?
Even though prophets came at different times, they all taught the same main ideas. They taught that there is only one God and that people should worship Him alone. They also taught people to stay away from bad things, like lying or hurting others. And they taught that there will be a Day of Judgment, when everyone will be asked about what they did.
