Mersa Gawasis: Ancient Egyptian Harbor Adventures!

Mersa Gawasis was a tiny harbor in ancient Egypt, like a special little bay by the big Red Sea. It's not a big city now, but long, long ago, it was a super important place! Kings from a long time ago, called the 12th Dynasty, used Mersa Gawasis as a special loading dock. They sent ships from here to a magical place called Punt. Nobody knows exactly where Punt was, but it was full of amazing things like spices, trees, and even animals! It was like sending a treasure hunt ship. They also used this harbor to go to mines in a place called Sinai.

This small harbor was like a secret doorway to adventure! It was the main spot for sending ships to Punt, which was like going to a faraway land full of treasures.
