Who Was King Jeongjo?

Imagine a king who was super smart and loved to read! That was Jeongjo, who ruled Korea a long, long time ago, from 1776 to 1800. He was born in Hanyang (which is now called Seoul) and became king when he was only 24 years old. He was like a superhero king, always thinking about how to help his people and make his country stronger. He even wrote books himself!
