Chenab Rail Bridge

Have you ever seen a train? Well, the Chenab Rail Bridge is a special track for trains that goes way, way up! It's built over a big river called the Chenab. This bridge is so tall, it's the highest train bridge in the whole world! It's made of strong steel and concrete, like giant building blocks, to hold up the train tracks.

Building this giant bridge was a super long project! It started a long, long time ago, even before some of your parents were born. The idea for the bridge began in 1983, but they really started building it in the 1990s. It took many years and lots of hard work to put all the pieces together, like a giant puzzle.

This bridge is super important because it helps trains travel to new places! It connects different towns and cities, making it easier for people and things to move around. Imagine being able to take a train to visit faraway friends or see amazing new sights – this bridge helps make that happen!
