Amur and Timur

Amur and Timur lived in a special place called a safari park, way over in the Far East of Russia. This is a big country with lots of snowy forests, perfect for animals like tigers! The park is like a giant playground for animals, but usually, they don't play together if one is a tiger and the other is dinner!

This park is in a place called Primorye, which is a bit like a wild and beautiful backyard for Russia.

Usually, a tiger like Amur would see a goat like Timur and think, 'Yummy snack!' But something super special happened. When Timur was brought to Amur's home, he wasn't scared at all. He acted like he owned the place!

Amur, instead of pouncing, was probably very confused. He decided not to eat Timur, and they started to hang out. It was like a cat and a mouse deciding to share a toy instead of chase each other!

Amur the tiger and Timur the goat became famous because their friendship was so unusual. People from all over the world heard about them! They were like the most unlikely best friends ever. They even had their own special enclosure to live in together. It was a big deal because tigers are usually very solitary and don't share their homes with anyone, especially not a goat!

Sadly, even the best friendships can have tough times. One day, Amur and Timur had a little disagreement, like when friends argue over a game. After that, the people who looked after them decided it was best to keep them separate.

Timur was moved to a different park in a big city called Moscow. It was a sad moment for everyone who loved their special friendship, but they were still remembered as amazing friends.
