Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan

Imagine a super important leader named Sheikh Zayed! He was born a long, long time ago, in 1918. He was like a father to a whole country called the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

He helped bring together different parts to make one big, strong nation. He was also the first president, which is like the main boss of the country, and he stayed in that job for many years until he passed away in 2004. People in the UAE think of him as the 'Father of the Nation' because he did so much to build it up!

Sheikh Zayed grew up in a place that was very different from today. It was mostly desert! He learned a lot about the land and the people.

In 1946, he became the governor of a part of the land called the Eastern Region. Later, in 1966, he became the ruler of Abu Dhabi, which is a very big and important part of the UAE. He wasn't always the ruler, but he became the leader when people thought he could do a better job of guiding the land.

This shows he was a very trusted person.

Sheikh Zayed is super famous because he was the main person who wanted to unite all the different parts of the UAE. Before him, they were like separate small countries. He had a big dream to bring them all together, like friends joining hands to form a circle.

He worked really hard to make this happen, and he succeeded! Because of his big dream and hard work, the UAE became one country in 1971. He wanted to make life better for everyone living there.

Sheikh Zayed didn't just want to build a country; he wanted to make it a good place for everyone. He was known for being kind and generous. He believed in helping people and making sure they had what they needed.

He was like a gardener who plants seeds and makes sure they grow into strong plants. He helped build schools, hospitals, and other important things that made life better for all the people in the UAE. His legacy is all about making things grow and flourish.
