Puebla

Puebla is a special place in Mexico, like a big puzzle piece in the middle of the country. It's surrounded by other Mexican states, like neighbors on a street. To the north and east is Veracruz, and to the west are states like Hidalgo and Mexico.

To the south, you'll find Guerrero and Oaxaca. It's a land with mountains and valleys, and sometimes it can be warm and sunny, and other times cooler, especially up high!

Long, long ago, when explorers first came to Mexico, they built a city called Puebla City. They wanted to make sure they could easily send things between the big city (Mexico City) and a port where ships arrive. Puebla grew and grew, and even though there were some big fights, it became a state. It's a place with a lot of history, like a giant storybook waiting to be read!

Puebla is famous for its delicious food, like mole poblano, which is a rich sauce. They also have amazing festivals! One of the most famous is Cinco de Mayo, a big celebration. You can also find colorful Day of the Dead celebrations and fun carnivals. Many different groups of people live here, with their own languages and traditions, making Puebla a vibrant and exciting place.

Many people in Puebla work in factories, making things like cars and other cool stuff. This helps the state grow and have lots of jobs. But not all of Puebla is filled with busy cities. There are also quiet, undeveloped areas where nature is still wild. It's a mix of busy towns and peaceful countryside, with people working hard and celebrating their culture.
