Noshaq

Noshaq is a super-duper tall mountain, the highest one in all of Afghanistan! It's so high, it's like a giant reaching for the clouds. It even has a special name that means 'new horn' because it looks like one. This amazing mountain sits right on the border between two countries, Afghanistan and Pakistan. So, one side is in one country, and the other side is in the other!

Noshaq is part of a huge mountain family called the Hindu Kush. Think of it like a big playground with lots of slides and swings, and Noshaq is the tallest slide! It's so far west that it's the most western mountain in the world that's taller than 7,000 meters.
