Namadgi National Park

Imagine a super-duper big park called Namadgi National Park! It's like a giant green blanket tucked away southwest of Canberra, the capital city of Australia. This park is so huge that it takes up almost half of the whole Australian Capital Territory (ACT).

Sadly, in 2019 and 2020, a big fire swept through, burning about 80% of the park. But nature is strong, and it’s slowly growing back!
