Kargil Vijay Diwas

A long time ago, in 1999, there was a big challenge in a place called Kargil. Some soldiers from Pakistan had climbed up the tall mountains and were hiding there. The Indian soldiers had to climb up too, even though it was very difficult and cold. They bravely fought to get the mountains back. This victory is what we celebrate on Kargil Vijay Diwas.
