The Great Greek War!

Long, long ago, there were two super-powerful groups of Greeks. One was Athens, with its amazing navy, like a fleet of super-fast boats! The other was Sparta, with its tough soldiers, like superheroes on land. They didn't always get along, and sometimes their friends joined their teams too. This big fight between them is called the Peloponnesian War.

Athens was getting really big and powerful, and Sparta started to worry. It was like when one kid on the playground gets all the best toys and everyone else feels left out. Sparta and its friends thought Athens was bossing everyone around too much.

It showed that even the strongest teams can get tired and that fighting can be very sad for everyone involved.
