It has a long coastline on the Atlantic Ocean, which is like a giant bathtub for the whole world! It’s also bordered by other states, like Florida and Alabama. Think of it as having friendly neighbors all around it.

Georgia is full of amazing nature! In the north, there are mountains that are super tall, almost as tall as a skyscraper! These are called the Appalachian Mountains.
Further south, the land gets flatter and you’ll find pine forests and even swamps. And of course, Georgia is famous for its delicious peaches! They are so juicy and sweet, like candy from a tree.
