He became a very important builder, like a boss of building! His job was to design and help build some of the most famous places in Sydney. He was like a magician with buildings, making them grand and beautiful for everyone to enjoy.

George McRae helped create some truly spectacular buildings. One of them is the Sydney Town Hall, a place where important meetings happen. He also helped finish the Queen Victoria Building, which is so big and fancy, it's like a castle made of stone!
