Meet the Giant Land Puzzles!

Continents are like the biggest islands you can imagine, but way, way bigger! They are huge pieces of land floating on our planet. There are seven of them, and they have all sorts of different landscapes, like tall mountains, wide deserts, and green forests. Some are so big, they feel like their own world! They are where most of the people and animals on Earth live.

Where Did They Come From?

A super long time ago, all the land on Earth was squished together like a giant playdough ball! Then, slowly, it started to break apart and drift away, like pieces of a broken cookie. These pieces moved around for millions of years to become the continents we see today. It's like Earth had a huge puzzle that slowly came apart!

Amazing Places to Live!

Each continent is like a giant home for millions of people and amazing animals. Asia is the biggest, and Africa has incredible wildlife like lions and elephants. North America has busy cities and huge forests. South America is home to the Amazon rainforest. Antarctica is covered in ice and snow, and Europe and Australia have their own unique places too! They are all different and special.

What Makes Them Special?

Continents are special because they are so different from each other. They have different weather, different plants, and different animals. People on each continent have their own special ways of living, like different foods, music, and stories. It’s like having seven different amazing playgrounds on Earth, each with its own fun games!
