Bibliotheca Alexandrina

The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is a super cool library and place for fun in Egypt, right by the big blue Mediterranean Sea. It's like a modern-day castle for books! It remembers an even older library that was lost a super long time ago.

It even got a huge gift of 500,000 books from another library far away, making it one of the biggest French-speaking libraries ever!

This library is HUGE! It has space for 8 million books – that's more books than you can imagine! The main reading room is so big, it's like having a giant indoor park for reading. But it's not just books! It also has a special place for maps, a room for kids, a planetarium to see the stars, and even museums and art galleries. It's a place for learning, playing, and exploring.
