Willow Garage: Robots That Learned!

One of the coolest things Willow Garage made was like a secret language for robots, called ROS. It’s a special computer program that helps robots understand what to do and how to move. It was so good that lots of other scientists who study robots started using it too! It was like giving all the robots a common way to talk and learn, making them much smarter and more helpful.

Willow Garage was important because it helped make robots better for everyone. They shared their ideas and programs so other people could build even cooler robots.
