Thomas was so brave! He traveled to India around the year 52 AD, which is a super long time ago, even before your grandparents' grandparents were born! He helped start churches there, which were special places for people to learn and pray. Some people believe he was the first person to bring Christianity to India. That's a really big deal!

Today, many Christians in India remember Thomas and celebrate his special day on July 3rd. It's called Indian Christians' Day! It shows how much he is loved and remembered for his bravery and for sharing his faith so far away. His name is still very popular among people in India and other places he visited.
