Prime Minister of Sweden

Sweden is a big country in Northern Europe, like a long, skinny mitten! It has lots of forests, lakes, and even snowy mountains in the north. In the summer, the sun shines for a really long time, and in the winter, it gets dark early. The Prime Minister works in the capital city, Stockholm, which is built on islands, like a watery wonderland!

The Prime Minister and their cabinet make important choices for Sweden. They decide things like how to build roads, help schools, and keep everyone safe. It's a big job that requires lots of thinking and talking with others. They have two special houses where they can live and work, called Sager House and Harpsund.

The job of Prime Minister is not super old. It started a long time ago, around the 1800s, when Sweden started having more say in how it was run. Before that, kings made all the rules! Now, the Prime Minister is the most important person in charge of the government, making sure Sweden runs smoothly.
