One57: The Super Tall Skyscraper!

One57 is a super tall building in a busy city called New York. It has 75 floors, which is like stacking 75 houses on top of each other! It's so tall, it's like a giant reaching for the sky. Inside, there are fancy apartments where people live and a hotel for visitors. It's one of the first super-fancy buildings on a street nicknamed 'Billionaires' Row'.

Building this giant tower took a long time. People started planning it way back in 2009 and started building in 2010. It took about four years to finish! Imagine building with LEGOs, but on a much, much bigger scale. They had to be super careful, especially when a big crane on top almost fell over during construction. That was a scary moment!

One57 looks really cool because its outside is covered in blue panels that shimmer. It has a curvy roof, and on one side, it looks like waterfalls are tumbling down the building! It's made of strong concrete, which is like super-hard cement. This building is so tall that for a little while, it was the tallest apartment building in the whole city!

This building is famous because it's super luxurious and very, very tall. Some of the apartments inside sold for SO much money, like more than 100 million dollars! That's more money than most people will ever see. It shows how some buildings can be like giant palaces in the sky for very wealthy people.
