Meet the Giant Mountain!
Imagine a mountain so tall it tickles the clouds! Mount Foraker is a giant in Alaska, standing at 17,400 feet. That's way taller than the tallest playground slide you've ever seen!
It's part of a big mountain family called the Alaska Range and lives in Denali National Park. This park is a special place where wild animals roam free. Mount Foraker is the second tallest mountain in its family and the third tallest in all of the United States.

Adventures on the Snowy Peaks!
Climbing Mount Foraker is a super exciting adventure, but it's only for very brave and experienced climbers! The very top of the mountain, called the south peak, was first climbed a long, long time ago, in 1934. It took four more days to climb the even higher part, the north peak.
Imagine hiking for days and days, with snow all around! These climbers had to be strong and work together to reach the top of this amazing mountain.

Mount Foraker is covered in snow and ice, making it look like a giant ice cream cone! It’s located in a very wild and cold place called Alaska. The weather there can be tricky, with lots of snow and wind.
