Where the Nile Splits!

Imagine a super-long river, the Nile, flowing all the way down Egypt. In Lower Egypt, it's like the river gets excited and splits into many smaller rivers, like fingers spreading out! This is called the Nile Delta. It's the northernmost part of Egypt, right before it meets the big, blue Mediterranean Sea. The land here is super green and good for growing yummy food because of all the water.

A Land of Ancient Adventures!

Long, long ago, even before your grandparents' grandparents were born, people started living and building amazing things in Lower Egypt.
