Light bulb

A light bulb is like a magic glass bubble that makes light! When you flip a switch, electricity zooms into the bulb and makes a tiny wire inside glow super bright. Long, long ago, people only had candles or lamps that used fire to see at night. Then, clever inventors started trying to make light using electricity. Thomas Edison was one of the most famous inventors who worked on making a light bulb that lasted a long time.
