History of Rail Transport

These were the first real steam trains. They looked like big, noisy metal dragons puffing out smoke. They could go much faster and carry way more stuff than the old animal-powered ones.

Steam trains became super important for traveling and moving goods all over the world. They helped build new towns and connect faraway places. Today, trains are even more amazing! Many trains don't use steam anymore. They use electricity, which is cleaner and quieter.

Some of these trains are incredibly fast, zooming past like blurs! They can carry hundreds of people at once, all sitting comfortably. Modern trains are still a super important way to travel and move things, helping our world keep moving forward, just like a train on a never-ending track.
