Henri Poincaré

Henri Poincaré was a super-duper smart person from France who lived a long time ago. He was like a superhero of math and science! He loved figuring out how things worked, from tiny particles to giant stars. He was so good at so many different things that people called him 'The Last Universalist' – meaning he knew almost everything about math back then!

Henri loved to explore the universe with his mind. He studied how planets dance around the sun, which is called celestial mechanics. He even discovered something called 'chaos theory' when he was trying to solve a tricky problem about three things moving together in space.
