Government of Bangladesh

Imagine a big team that makes important decisions for a whole country! That's the government of Bangladesh. It's like the captain and crew of a giant ship, making sure everyone is safe and happy.

This team has three main parts: the people who make the rules, the people who carry them out, and the people who make sure rules are fair. They all work together from a special building in the capital city, Dhaka.

The most important person in the government is the Prime Minister. Think of them as the head coach of a sports team. The Prime Minister picks other important people, called ministers, to help them.

Together, they form a special group called the Cabinet. This group makes the biggest decisions for the country. Sometimes, like recently, an interim government is formed to help out until new leaders are ready.

The government is like the grown-ups who make sure your school runs well. They help build roads, make sure there are schools and hospitals, and keep everyone safe. They make sure laws are followed, just like your parents make sure you follow house rules. Without a government, it would be hard for everyone to live together peacefully and get the things they need.

Bangladesh has a special place where people make the laws, called the Jatiya Sangsad. It's like a big meeting room where smart people discuss ideas and vote on new rules for the country. The government also has a Supreme Court, which is like a referee in a game. If there's a disagreement about a rule, the Supreme Court helps decide what is fair and right for everyone in Bangladesh.
