Central Canada

Imagine Canada is a giant map! Central Canada is made of two super big provinces: Ontario and Quebec. They are not exactly in the middle of the map, but more towards the east.

Ontario is like a big rectangle, and Quebec is even bigger, shaped like a giant smile! These provinces have lots of lakes and rivers, perfect for splashing and playing. The weather can be cold and snowy in winter, like a giant ice rink, and warm and sunny in summer, great for picnics.

Ontario is home to Toronto, a super busy city with tall buildings that reach the sky! Quebec is famous for its French language and charming cities like Montreal and Quebec City. Quebec City has old walls around it, like a castle!

These places are full of people, making them very lively. They have so many people that sometimes other parts of Canada feel like they don't get as much attention. It's like having the most popular kids in class!

People in Central Canada work in lots of different jobs. Some people work in big factories making cars or airplanes. Others work in offices, helping businesses run.

There are also many people who work in shops, restaurants, and schools. Because there are so many people, lots of things are made and sold here. It’s a busy place where everyone is working together to make things happen, from building amazing things to serving yummy food.
