Cassowary

When they eat fruit, they swallow it whole! The seeds then travel through their tummies and come out in their droppings, helping new trees grow. Don't let their big size fool you, cassowaries are quick! They have strong legs with sharp claws that are like daggers. While they don't fly, they can run up to 30 miles per hour, which is faster than you can run!

They use their powerful legs to push through thick bushes and to defend themselves if they feel threatened. Their casque might help them hear better or protect their heads when they run through the jungle.
