Alfred Milner, 1st Viscount Milner

Alfred Milner was a very clever man who lived a long time ago, from 1854 to 1925. He was like a super-helper for Britain, especially when it came to making big decisions about other countries. He was so good at his job that he became a Viscount, which is a special title.
