Imagine someone who used to help make important rules for schools, and then became a super famous TV star! That's Zara McDermott. She was on a show called Love Island, where people try to find love. But Zara didn't stop there! She's also been on singing shows and even dances on TV now. She's like a chameleon, changing her adventures all the time!

Before all the bright lights and cameras, Zara worked in an office helping with education. It’s like she was a superhero behind the scenes! Then, in 2018, she jumped into the world of reality TV on Love Island. After that, she tried singing on The X Factor: Celebrity and even joined a show about fancy people called Made in Chelsea. She's always trying new and exciting things!

Zara is also a super brave documentary maker for the BBC. She makes films about really important things, like why sharing mean pictures online is wrong (that’s called revenge porn) and how we can be kinder to each other. She even made a film about her own struggles with eating. These films are like important lessons for everyone, helping us understand the world better.
