United Airlines Flight 93

Imagine a giant metal bird that flies through the sky, carrying people to faraway places. That was United Airlines Flight 93! It was a special airplane, a Boeing 757, that was supposed to fly from New Jersey all the way to California. It was a normal day, but then something very scary happened. Some people on the plane weren't who they seemed, and they wanted to do something very bad.

On a sunny morning, Flight 93 took off. But not long after, some people on board took control of the plane. They had a terrible plan to crash it into an important building in Washington, D.C. The people on the plane were scared, but they were also very brave. They heard about what had happened to other planes that day and knew they had to do something.

Flight 93 was the last plane hijacked that day, and it's famous because the people on it were so courageous. They saved many lives by stopping the hijackers. Today, there's a special place called the Flight 93 National Memorial in Pennsylvania.
