Where the Adventure Happens!

Imagine a place with warm sunshine and beautiful beaches, perfect for a big adventure! This special season of Survivor took place on the amazing islands of Samoa. Samoa is a tropical paradise in the Pacific Ocean, with lush green jungles and sparkling blue water. It's far away from home for many of the players, making it a truly wild and exciting place to compete!

Who's Playing the Game?

This wasn't just any Survivor season! It was a super-special 'all-star' season celebrating 10 years of Australian Survivor. Fourteen amazing players who had played before, some from Australia and some from other countries, came back to play.

They were split into two teams: the 'Aussie' team, all from Australia, and the 'World' team, with players from everywhere else. It was like a mini-Olympics of Survivor!

The Big Prize and a New Champion!

For 16 whole days, these tough contestants faced challenges, built shelters, and tried to outsmart each other. The ultimate goal was to win a giant prize of A$250,000! In the end, a super-skilled player named Parvati Shallow, who had played in America before, won the whole game. She became one of the very few people to win Survivor twice, and the only one to win on different versions of the show!

Saying Goodbye to a Great Host!

This season was also special because it was the last time we'll see Jonathan LaPaglia as the host of Australian Survivor. He's been the host for a long time, guiding all the players through their adventures. It's always a little sad when someone special leaves, but his time on the show was amazing, and he helped make so many exciting moments happen!
