Sainte-Chapelle

Sainte-Chapelle, which means Holy Chapel, is a super special building in Paris, France. It was built a long, long time ago, way before your grandparents were born! It's like a tiny palace just for kings and queens to pray in.

It's part of a bigger old palace called the Palais de la Cité, which used to be where the kings lived. This chapel is famous for being a masterpiece of Gothic architecture, which means it has tall pointy parts and lots of windows.

The most amazing thing about Sainte-Chapelle is its windows. They are not just windows; they are giant storybooks made of colorful glass! These are called stained-glass windows, and they tell stories from the Bible.
