He was like a conductor of an orchestra, but instead of music, he guided actors to tell amazing stories. He made people laugh, cry, and think with his shows.

Peter Brook didn't just make one or two shows; he made tons! He worked with a famous group called the Royal Shakespeare Company. They put on plays that were so good, they traveled all the way to a place called Broadway in America! One of his plays won a big award, like winning the best prize in a school competition. He also made a movie called 'Lord of the Flies' that many people remember.

Later in his life, Peter Brook moved to France. But he didn't stop making theatre! He created a special group of actors from all over the world.
