Mohammad Bagheri (general)

Imagine a super important leader in a country's army! That was Mohammad Bagheri. He was like the main boss of all the soldiers and guards in Iran. His job was to make sure everyone worked together and was ready to protect the country. He was in charge for a long time, from 2016 until 2025, which is almost 10 years! He was born in a city called Tehran, which is the capital of Iran.

General Bagheri had a very important job called Chief of Staff. This means he was the highest-ranking military officer in Iran. Think of it like being the captain of the biggest ship in the whole ocean!

He had to make sure the regular army and a special group called the IRGC worked like a super team. He had over 45 years of experience, which is longer than most kids have been alive! He started his army journey way back in 1979.

Mohammad Bagheri was born in 1960. He came from a family that believed strongly in their country. His older brother was also a very important person in the army! General Bagheri spent his whole adult life helping to make Iran's defenses strong. He was a teacher too, sharing his knowledge with future leaders at universities. He was a very respected figure in Iran's military.

Sadly, General Bagheri passed away in June 2025. He was 65 years old. This happened after an attack on Tehran. He was the highest-ranking military officer in Iran when this happened. His passing was a big moment for Iran. He is remembered for his many years of dedication to his country's defense and his leadership.
