Martens are clever hunters! Their favorite foods include small animals like mice, squirrels, and birds. They are also happy to snack on berries and nuts when they can find them. Their sharp claws and quick movements help them catch their meals. They are very good at finding food, even in snowy weather, by sniffing it out or listening for tiny sounds.
