Marilyn Wilson-Rutherford

Imagine a girl who loved to sing so much, she started a family band! That was Marilyn Wilson-Rutherford. She grew up in sunny Los Angeles and began singing with her sisters, Diane and Barbara.

They were called the Rovell Sisters. Later, a famous musician named Brian Wilson heard them and thought they were so great, he renamed them 'The Honeys'! They sang super catchy songs that made people want to dance.

Marilyn met Brian Wilson, who was in the super popular Beach Boys band, at one of their concerts. It was like a dream come true!
