Jon Scheyer

Jon Scheyer is a super cool basketball coach for the Duke Blue Devils! Before he was a coach, he was an amazing player. He was so good, he even helped his team win a big championship game called the NCAA Basketball Championship. Jon Scheyer used to play basketball himself. He was a star player in high school and college. He was so good at scoring points and making amazing passes that people called him an All-American. Now, instead of playing on the court, he stands on the sidelines and tells his team how to play their best. It's like being a team captain and a super-smart strategist all at once!

When Jon Scheyer was in college at Duke, he was the captain of his team. That means he was the leader! In 2010, he led his team to win the NCAA National Championship. He was the best player on the team that year, scoring the most points and helping his teammates score too. Winning a championship is like winning the Super Bowl of basketball!

Jon Scheyer was so good at basketball that he's remembered as one of the best players from his state in Illinois. He even has a special award named after him for being a great player. Now, as a coach, he gets to share all his knowledge and help new players become champions too. He's a true basketball hero!
