Golden Horizon

The Golden Horizon is a super-duper big sailing ship! It has five tall masts, like giant poles, that hold up huge sails. It's made of strong steel and was meant to be a fancy cruise ship where people could go on vacation. But guess what? It's so big that it's the largest sailing ship ever made! It's like a floating palace, but it hasn't had many chances to show off its sails.

This amazing ship was first called the Flying Clipper. It was designed by a clever person named Zygmunt Choreń and built in a place called Croatia. But there was a disagreement between the people who built it and the people who wanted to use it. So, the ship never got to sail for its first owners. Instead, it was renamed Golden Horizon and was supposed to take people on trips.

Even though it's had some problems, the Golden Horizon is special because it's a reminder of old sailing ships. It's designed to look like a famous ship from a long time ago called France II. It shows us how people used to travel the world using just the wind! It's also a symbol of how big and grand ships can be, even in today's world of fast airplanes and big cruise liners.

The Golden Horizon finally started its first trip in May 2021. But right away, there was more trouble! UK authorities stopped the ship because of money problems between the owners. Then, the company that was supposed to run the trips stopped working. Now, the giant ship is just sitting in the port, waiting to see what will happen next. It's like a superhero whose powers are on pause!
