Elizabeth Bay House

Some of the builders were even people who had to work for the government, like helpers. Two clever people named John Verge and John Bibb helped design it, and another person named James Hume was in charge of building it. It was a huge project!

Inside Elizabeth Bay House, there's a room called the 'saloon' that's shaped like an oval, and it has a special ceiling with a light on top. There's also a super cool staircase that looks like it's made of geometric shapes, like squares and triangles all fitted together. It's like a puzzle made of stairs!
