Eddie loved playing hockey so much that he became a professional player. He was so good that he played for his hometown team, the Ottawa Senators, for many years. He wasn't just good at hockey; he was also a great coach and manager, helping teams win even more!

Eddie Gerard did something amazing that no one else had ever done before. He won the biggest prize in hockey, the Stanley Cup, four times in a row! That's like winning the championship every single year for four years straight. He won it three times with his team, the Ottawa Senators, and once with another team called the Toronto St. Patricks.
