Dmitry Medvedev

Dmitry Medvedev is a grown-up who has done some very important jobs in Russia! He was like the captain of a big ship, the President of Russia, for a few years. That means he helped make big decisions for the country.

He's also a lawyer, which means he knows a lot about rules and laws. Now, he has a new job helping to keep the country safe. He was born a long, long time ago, in 1965, so he's seen a lot of changes in the world!

When Dmitry Medvedev was President, from 2008 to 2012, he wanted to make Russia super modern! He dreamed of new inventions and making the country's economy strong, not just relying on oil. He even signed a special agreement with the United States to have fewer powerful weapons.

It was a busy time, and Russia also had to deal with some tough challenges, like a big economic slowdown. He tried to make things better and fairer for everyone.
