Camp Mystic

Camp Mystic is a super special summer camp just for girls in Texas. It's like a big playground spread out over 725 acres, which is way bigger than 100 football fields! This camp is a place where girls aged 8 to 17 can go to have fun, learn new things, and make lots of friends. It's a private camp, meaning it's run by a specific group, and it's open to everyone, no matter what they believe.

This amazing camp is tucked away in Kerr County, Texas. It's about 6 miles from a town called Hunt. Think of it like being in the middle of nature, near where two rivers, the South Fork Guadalupe River and Cypress Creek, meet up.

It's a beautiful spot surrounded by lots of green space, perfect for outdoor games and exploring. The whole camp is divided into two parts that are right next to each other.

Camp Mystic is a place for fun and games, but it also has a very sad story. In July 2025, there were huge floods in Central Texas. Sadly, the camp was hit very hard. Many buildings were damaged or destroyed, and many people were lost. This event shows how powerful nature can be and how important it is to be safe. It's a reminder that even fun places can face big challenges.
