Benazir Bhutto

Imagine a girl named Benazir, born a long, long time ago in a big city called Karachi in Pakistan. She came from a very important family, and her dad was also a leader! Benazir was super smart and loved to learn. She even went to famous schools like Harvard and Oxford, where she learned to be a great speaker. She loved her country very much and wanted to make it a better place for everyone.

Benazir Bhutto was so inspiring that people wanted her to be their leader. In 1988, she was elected as the Prime Minister of Pakistan. This was a HUGE deal because she was the very first woman ever to lead a country that had mostly Muslim people.
