Avan Jogia

Imagine a super-talented person who can act, sing, write, and even direct! That's Avan Jogia! He was born a long, long time ago, on February 9, 1992. He started acting when he was just a kid, like when you're in kindergarten or first grade. His first big role was in a TV movie called 'A Girl Like Me: The Gwen Araujo Story'. He was so good that people started noticing him!

Avan grew up in Canada, which is like our neighbor to the north. When he was a teenager, he moved to the United States to chase his acting dreams. It was a big adventure! He got to be in cool TV shows like 'Caprica' and then had his biggest break as Beck Oliver in the super popular show 'Victorious'. Think of it like going from your local playground to a giant amusement park!

Avan doesn't just act; he's also a musician and an author! He and his brother have a band called Saint Ivory, and they even made an album that goes with his book. He also wrote a book of poems and stories called 'Mixed Feelings' and painted all the pictures himself! That's like drawing your own pictures for a story you wrote.
